KAMOKA cabin filters are offered in two different versions. Filters can be purchased with or without activated carbon, The ones containing the activated carbon neutralize harmful gases and filter out bacteria. Additionally, the filter neutralizes all gas particles larger than 0.5 um. This type of filter improves the quality of air in the cabin and reduces the penetration of outside odors into the vehicle. Our cabin filters come with a guarantee of the quality of the sealing and shape. A good cabin filter provides greater comfort and fresher air.

As in the case of fuel installation in gasoline and diesel vehicles, the filtration of fuel is needed, in this case of gas (propane–butane). Both oil filters and filter cartridges are designed to restrict the amount of by-products generated during engine operation. We are dealing with soot and metal particles that are formed during the abrasion of working components. The most important elements of KAMOKA oil filters, which are subject to examination during production – apart from the filter medium – are valves and seals ensuring internal and external tightness and pressure valves. The opening and closing parameters of pressure valves directly affect the proper filtration and prevent the dry start of the engine by limiting the oil flow to the sump after the engine is stopped. During the laboratory tests, as in case of the other filters, filtration parameters, flow rate and performance are measured (as filter capacity and pressure differences). Every production batch of KAMOKA filters must successfully pass a rigorous inspection process; each spin-on filter is also checked for leaks.

The air filter is the most important engine protection filter and its quality significantly affects the engine power and fuel consumption. It is exposed to dust and dirt from the road as well as effects of weather conditions such as water, moisture or variable temperature. In addition, please note that this filter operates under the constant air pressure. So it must meet very high demands. KAMOKA air filters are designed to ensure high mechanical resistance while providing adequate capacity and filtration parameters affecting the service life. To guarantee the proper parameters, high quality impregnated filter media are used, which are specially pressed to prevent the propagation of folds and the formation of blockages. The filtering area is stiffened by additional structural elements. Seals and geometric shapes, as in the case of cabin air filters, are designed to prevent the formation of gaps, through which unfiltered air could enter the engine. Similar to cabin air filters, all KAMOKA air filters are marked with indications that help to determine the correct direction of air flow and proper installation.
