KAMOKA brand has introduced another product novelties to its assortment. They are one-way clutches. There are 159 references available, both for passenger cars and delivery cars with spark and compression ignition engines).

Alternator overrunning clutches, i.e. so-called freewheels, are parts subject to periodic wear, the durability of which is estimated to be shorter than that of the alternator itself, which is why Kamoka, by introducing this type of rollers, supplements its offer of elements of the engine accessories drive system.

Overrunning clutches play a very important role in the belt drive of an engine. They extend the service life of all belt-driven units by reducing the forces. They also provide improved acoustic comfort and reduce vibrations generated by the engine itself. Overrunning clutches also reduce fuel consumption. KAMOKA overrunning clutches are a one-way mechanism – an inner ring with a spline ensuring transmission of drive from the belt to the alternator shaft. The pulley, made with high care, enables proper cooperation with the multiple V-ribbed belt. For each clutch the manufacturer adds a new protective cap.
