Without slowing down

Without slowing down, the KAMOKA brand introduces another novelty in the fourth quarter, i.e. brake cylinders. This time, from November, 63 references of brand new brake cylinders are available for sale.

The KAMOKA brand, by introducing brand new non-regenerated brake cylinders that do not require return, completes its offer of spare parts for brake systems. Bearing in mind the safety of users, the brake cylinders are subjected to multiple tests, and the design itself is optimized. Durability is ensured thanks to the reinforced, highly resistant to temperature, weather conditions, stretching and tearing seals cooperating with the processed pistons and cylinder bodies. The bodies, depending on the reference, are made of special cast iron or aluminum alloys.

KAMOKA brake cylinders:
- 66 references for passenger cars and vans
- new non-regenerated brake cylinders (there are companies on the market that sell remanufactured)
- no deposit required, return - rules as for brake calipers.
- individually packed in boxes,
- cylinder body, depending on the application, made of cast iron or aluminum.
- increased durability thanks to improved seals and materials used in production.

The durability and correct operation of the brake cylinder are primarily seals, and these can be described as:
- highly resistant to stretching and tearing,
- highly resistant to weather conditions (destructive oxidation)
- highly resistant to temperature (fluid temperature up to 200 degrees Celsius
- highly resistant to brake fluid

The quality of the seal itself is not enough. The assembly of the seal and the plunger is equally important. Due to the machining of the body and the piston, it is necessary to clean them thoroughly before assembly, which is often not fully done in cheap replacements. Only the cleanliness between the cooperating elements will give the assumed high durability.

The factory-made internal sections in the cylinder will give the appropriate braking force to the serial master cylinder, which is important for the car to behave in the same way on the replacement as on the original cylinder. Making the cylinder (with the piston) of aluminum extends its service life assuming less service involvement, hence it is a better solution (higher corrosion resistance). We have both steel and aluminum pistons. Despite the less frequent use of drum braking systems in new vehicles, there are many used cars on the market in which brake cylinders are used (especially smaller - lighter cars).

KAMOKA brake cylinders are covered by the "Up to 7-year warranty" program, the detailed conditions of which are available at www.kamoka.eu.

KAMOKA brake cylinders are already available from official distributors and are sold in packages of 1 piece.
Currently, products are available for the following car brands: Alfa Romeo, Audi, Citroen, Chevrolet, Dacia, Fiat, Ford, Hyundai, Kia, Mercedes, Nissan, Opel, Peugeot, Renault, Subaru, Toyota.
